Does management have no conscience at all???? No press releases regarding their stock price at all. At least a message telling us that their hearts are still beating. I have never seen anything like this from a company that is making money and has had no press releases saying that they are in trouble. MANAGEMENT, SAY SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IMHO floorless debenturaes are even worse than REG S. With REG S the dilution effect is KNOWN IN ADVANCE. With floorless construct it won't be. My current asessmnt on CTYS situation: it might get really hurt. Thanks to Zeev and Your all work to dig up facts I didn't enter. Saved me a lot of pain...
