It is fine to hazard your opinion, just don't claim "EITHER they did X OR Y" when X and Y are not mutually exclusive.

Meyers claims the deal is compatible with the agreement, and he at least has read it I'm pretty sure. Intel merely voiced their concerns. That is really all the concrete information we have. I suspect there is key significance in the equity boost in AMD proper, which allows AMD to get a larger share of equity in TFC, and I suspect that has to do with meeting the details of the x86 agreement. So it will likely come down to whether AMD was creative in their reading of those details. One would assume given AMD & Intels legal history, that those details were pretty clearly defined. Might not be the case though.

Your real claim is that you suspect (based on whatever inputs you use, history, etc) that AMD is up against the wall, and when in those situations, they will break agreements, or push the boundaries, because they MIGHT get a better deal in the end via a court. Fine, that is your opinion and all here can evaluate it as such.

What you claimed as facts, are not known to be facts. That is all I'm calling you on.

Uhh, no matter what the % is, they will lie. They own 44% so who's to say that x% didn't come from the 44% they own.

Maybe the agreement says 44%, quid pro quo.
