LOL! You cook like I do...that sounds nummy! I do throw celery and onion in the boiling water and chicken...then toss those veggies, bones and skin....then add some more cooked chicken and new veggies and at the last few minutes, add Chinese Egg Noodles....

The house we're living in right now doesn't have a workable kitchen. As soon as the roof is put on my house, I'll be drive the few short blocks home at night to cook and bring food back to the rent house.

I love chicken and dumplings when it starts getting nippy (65 degrees) outside.
