Here is what Fred Hickey has to say about Qualcomm. He writes a tech letter and was very right about other techs like Apple and RIMM. From today's Barron's:

"He's also down on Qualcomm (QCOM), whose customers are suppliers to the big wireless outfits, which, heavily laden with inventories, reportedly are asking for a slowdown in shipments. He suspects the company's guidance on operating results are at risk. An institutional favorite, Qualcomm shares could be ripe to become a target for a spate of aggressive selling."

That's quite a long list of government stuff that you want to get rid of. How about picking one or two items to work on?

Alaska is a very libertarian place, so about ten years ago our legislature revised the firearms laws to allow the concealed carry of guns without a permit. That means that I can put a loaded pistol in my pocket and go out in public to malls, theaters, etc*. As a libertarian, would you like to see this policy adopted in New Zealand?

*Certain exceptions apply, naturally.
