This is America, we have a democracy based on a Declaration of Independence and the Constitution that prescribe along with our body of law who may serve as President of the USA.

nigel, you have no way of knowing that for certain. Obama's attempts to suppress freedom of speech, during the campaign, demonstrate his lack of respect for the rights stipulated in the US Constitution. Experts have found the birth certificate Obama provided to be troublesome - who are you to absolve him of all guilt, when a US citizen questions it's validity?
