One does wonder, however, where Phillip Berg, the lawyer who brought the suit in Pennsylvania got his information.

The same place he got the information that Bush and Cheney were behind 9-11?

The birth certificate thing seems bogus, but it's possible there's something to the other charge.

It doesn't matter where he was born if his mother was American so the first bit is ridiculous.

The alleged renunciation, though, is interesting. You wouldn't think that a child would have legal standing to do that, though. And there is no apparent reason for his mother to do it on his behalf, assuming she had standing.

Imagine lying all those years about one's citizenship. He would have had to lie to get a passport and when he checked into the Senate, at the very least.

Now wouldn't THAT be a kick in the teeth?

Yep.
