Both Z and JF posted an article a day or two ago. The take away was that most of the loans in question were not issued by banks covered by CRA.

There is no evidence that has been presented to indicate that CRA loans are implicated at all. Just speculation that links subprimes to to the poor. That, and bogus time lines. No actual data has been presented at all.
