OT: Thanks for the warm welcome! Glad you liked the link. We deal with a lot of numbers and subjects while trading that don't give us a good perspective on some subjects (IMO), but the maps on the site with their clusters of foreclosures and the pages and pages of listings (with pictures of real houses that real people no longer live in) let's my lil' brain understand the magnitude of the issue. The Destructo Gangs are beyond my comprehension though. I'm just waiting for one of them to get hurt and sue the bank that owns it because it wasn't secure enough to keep them out. I'm sure that there is a lawyer somewhere that is willing to represent them. Thanks again to you (and the rest of the board here) for sharing your thoughts and charts....and best of luck on all of your trades in this very interesting market.
