whether it is or ever will be I would think it very difficult or impossible for McCain to get into that debate right now.

I really think it was a huge missed opportunity. The American People can understand that when you start establishing health care as a "right" you fundamentally alter the relationship people have with their government. And that you will become reliant on your government for your very life when you make that leap. It isn't a complicated message.

McCain show have interrupted and said, "WAIT A MINUTE!". And gone on to explain just what Obama was proposing by proclaiming health care to be a "right". That is, effectively overriding the Constitution, placing the government on notice that from now on, we look to IT instead of ourselves to take care of us.

We have idiots here who cannot see just how extreme the Obama agenda is. Redistribution of wealth. Socialized medicine. Radicalized education, including sexed for kindergarteners. Where does this stop?

Even a plumber is smart enough to see that this is socialism.
