Voter suppression relies on tackling certain neighborhoods, and there is a tendency to segregate based on race and income. The fact of the matter is those neighborhoods that get targeted for voter suppression tend to be dominated by minorities. Poor white areas don't get targeted nearly as much, if at all. You are trying to use "the race card" as a way of downplaying this and distracting from the real issue, the Republicans are doing their best to suppress the "wrong" voters.
