OH doesn't have state licensing for plumbers. Toledo has a license law, but he works for a plumber and his employer has the needed license. Who cares if he's not union? ------------------------------------------------------ BTW you forgot to call him a racist. And you forgot to call him a Keating family operative because Chas Keating had a soninlaw with the same last name as Joe.
