Now tell me how widespread voter registration fraud does not mean that voter fraud is taking place. Then maybe I can believe that the AP has a point when they say McCain is out of line.

The 'fraud' is actually perpetrated on ACORN. The hire low income folks and pay them low wages and those folks have a tendency to cheat on the registrations to reach their quota. Nothing, nothing I have read has indicated that these actually turn into real votes.

I grew up in Chicago where real voter fraud was a time honored tradition. People who had been dead 30 years voted early and often. I know voter fraud when I see it; this ain't it.

ACORN should clean up it's act, but for it's own benefit and for the benefit of it's honorable mission.
