I didn't think I would have to explain this to you. If there is person who is dead and had a bank account, the security system at a bank prevents someone from impersonating her. My question is why not have a security system similar to what we have in the banks. Where I go to vote, I cannot do so if the name and address on my photo ID does not match what is on the electoral rolls.
