Bill, last night I had a chat with a profesional artistic photographer who BTW is clueless to anything connected to the stock market.

He made some money by buying several apartments in NYC over time which he rents out(as he had no better idea what to do with his money). He has done fine for now.

The interesting story is that he decided to sell some of his appartments, as to his oppinion the market prices for apartments in NYC are well above nomal.

Well I agreed with him on this one, but gues what he wants to do with the money???

TO BUY STOCK WHO GO UP FASTER THAN (HIS) APARTMENT PRICES !!!

I gues you know the answer I gave him, I hope he follows my advise or better stick to his rented out apartments who are also debt free.

Happy trading
Haim

Hey reverend Bill you are preaching to the choir. Investing is simply a matter of faith, make your sacrifices to the almighty Bull and don't pay too much attention to his having horns and a tail, or that his favorite number seems to be 666. I also notice a lot of worshipping of engraved images, particularly those green pieces of paper with images of dead presidents on them. Where will it all end?
