My take exactly. I suspect we'll see more of this sort of activity. Interesting response from McCain on the CBS morning show this morning. Harry Smith, according to the video I just saw, kept asking him things about his campaign that were different from McCain's statements, including Palin on the robocalls. McCain finally, in some frustration, said something like I'm the campaign. I decide what happens.

Not a good moment for him.

Did someone post the article on Palin yesterday from the New Yorker that talked about her selection?

It implies that she had no intention of staying a small state governor and was very ambitious. Now that she has enjoyed the seduction of large adoring crowds, I don't think she will go quietly back to AK and stay there.

The article was also very interesting in its description of Bill Kristol's crush on her.
