I hope it is a decisive election, one way or the other. We don't need any more hanging chad crises.

I think it is peculiar that Obama has nearly 2/3 of a billion dollars to spend to beat McCain, and can't get a polling majority outside of the margin of error.

I have already voted for all my candidates except some unopposed judges and so forth that I asked for feedback on from a knowledgeable person. I mail it in today.

My state has the strange policy that prevents candidates from running as a party candidate, except for the Presidency. Candidates can express a 'preference' for one party or another, which to me is a useless feature.

The primary election result of this is that two Republican candidates are running against each other for one post because the Democrat did not get as many primary votes as either of them.
