Good Evening Sonny,

If you show in the corporate world that you have a vulnerability side, there will be a hundred predators out there ready to eat you alive. Intel had better get this tid bit of Psychology clear in their day to day Business affairs.

Happy to know you are enjoying your visit out there. When will you be returning home?

Frank

An industry analyst released a report on Monday claiming that Intel Corp.
and Digital Equipment Corp. could settle their patent litigation dispute as
early as Wednesday for $1.6 billion.

Analyst Ashok Kumar of Lowenbaum & Co. Inc. in Austin, Texas, said the
settlement involves a licensing technology agreement that allows Intel to
license Digital's Alpha architecture. As part of the agreement Intel would
also assist Digital in developing Alpha-based products.

Officials at Digital and Intel declined to comment.
