I'll believe that if John McCain says it's true, but he hasn't.

The law is clear and one does not need to be a lawyer in order to understand the law. I have had dealings, with lawyers, in which I had a better understanding of the PERTINENT law than did they(I knew every word of the relevant Act and all interrelations with other Acts).

Obama is a "citizen(s) of the United States at birth".

There are eight ways to be a citizen of the United States at birth. Obama qualifies by(at least) number seven.

"Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)"

Citation deliberately omitted.

This not having a birth cert Obama attack is doing one thing only and that is gaining him a lot of attention and votes.

There are several agencies that would have access to that kind of information and would have investigated it and acted on it if the allegations were true.

Attack him for hanging out with terrorists, not being loyal to his pastor, having an affair with Vera Baker in Martinique and most important not having an American black heritage but not things you can't prove.

It is true that in federal court facts are deemed admitted if the requests for admission are not answered within 30 days.

There is, however, a mechanism for the court to grant relief from the deemed admissions.
