You said the poor are better off in this country vis a vis other countries. That suggests they have no room to complain....inspite of the fact the report I posted to you yesterday shows very clearly that the US is third out of 30 countries for poor income distribution; that more income is concentrated at the top than in 27 other countries. Only Mexico and Turkey are worse than us.

The bottom 10% in the US are about equal to the bottom 10% in most other rich countries. If our top 10% are richer that's a good thing not a bad thing.

Why is this a good thing....that the rich in this country are richer?

If we where like the other countries we would have the bottom 10% at about the same level with the top 10% at a lower level. That would be better for no one.

You are defending the indefensible.
