Wave 4 most certainly can be a Flat. All this "triangulation" of the past several days is most likely a 4th of some sort. Sometimes it is difficult to tell the degree of a given wave. This current one may be 4th of 3 of 3 - OR - it could be 4th of the (entire) 3. If it's the (entire) 3, then the rally could be big, for many weeks to months. If we are still working to complete the 3 of 3 - the rally will be smaller. A Flat is an ABC, where A and B are "threes", and C is an impulse. A countertrend impulse.
