So why is it that you believe you deserve to pay less on a percentage basis of earnings in taxes than me? I am a sharer too and share more dollars than you do on an annual basis both privately and through taxes. This is not meant to demean you in any way, it just is a very high probability since you are not in the top tax bracket which means your earnings are lower. If the decision to raise my taxes higher, what will occur is that my charitable donations will decrease significantly. It will be the governments decision to cut back on giving while it grows even more than it did during the Bush years...which based on complaints people haven't noticed that all these new employees are not making their lives better...
