Good, but you are overthinking this one.

Go with the flow. You can't surf a Tsunami or run for it. But you can grab onto obvious driftwood, and scavenge in the back alleys after the deluge.

Is anyone else thinking that the pending hyper inflation is by design? After all, it's a way to bail out government, it's financial partners, and everyone else from burdensome debt.

This is exactly what the Wiemar Republic did to pay off their League of Nations mandated debt for WWI costs. It works to create a clean slate to begin the whole cycle all over again.
Otherwise, the only way out is to bring back hard money, and end fractional reserve banking.

"If I were China I'd be taking this opportunity to unload some of these dollars that have come back to life."

Big point. Herein cometh back the debt to roost at home where it was created. No choice for the foreign debt holder.

I telleth and telleth and they sayeth, nay, they won't come back to our failing markets. So where else will they go with our currency and debt? huh? the moon?

No, we will see increased reinvestment in Amerika by debil furriners seeking bricks and mortar cash flow enterprise. Warren Buffet only with 1 trillion, not one billion.

Chinese is an easy language. You will get used to it. Think of blowing on a kazoo to describe mountain scenery that refers to ideas, and do that talking backwards, piling up all your nouns and adjectives until you get to the final verb in the paragraph.
