NBR is the "Nightly Business Report" on the socialist tv channel. They have a 1/2 hour show which looks at the day's business. It's a totally anti-business show, but that's another story.

-- Anyway, they devoted about 10 seconds each to about 30 stocks with high volume and/or price movement. And that's when they made their comments about CTYS.
