Thanks. Interesting. What is the meaning of the Nov 2 date, and why is it so far to the right? In EW - Fibo terms, on the weekly XLE made a nice big impulse up from 2002 to 2008. It is also not hard to believe that the decline so far might be a corrective three-waver, albeit a very deep and sharp one. So far it bottomed near 40, which is ~the 70.7% retracement of the impulse. The next level would be 78.8% - circa 34.50.
