Tony: And the answer is ???? Also, how 'bout a big guess as to the "WHEN"? Faris' comment about the next press release being the signing of a Production Agreement seems to make some sense. My only question regarding his comment is how certain is he that is will be by the end of the month. I remember an earlier Press Release that alluded to asphalt production in mid-June, now it's sometime in the 4th QTR. Sticking to the dates stated does not appear to be AIPN's fortay ... Long 20,000+ shares and waiting patiently & impatiently. JT

OK, Tony. I'll buy the fact that you can't (won't) devulge what you may (or may not) have found out regarding the JV player(s) in negotiations with AIPN. Let's try another angle. You said that you made a "series of calls" to find out this closely-held info. Can you devulge who you called, when, or where they are located on this planet? Can I make those same calls? If not, then can you state how you went about finding out the information on who you should call? Can I take those same steps? While I agree that you probably should not have mentioned somthing that you may have been told "not to reveal at this time", you did state that you know things that the rest of us do not know. At the very least, you can mark a tree or two, to blaze a trail that we might follow in order to reach the same conclusions that you have obviously reached on AIPN and it's future value. And as for the "WHEN" that you stated in the "only question now", can you tell us whether we are talking October, Nov, Dec, 1st QTR '98, or sometime before the millenium? I don't really care "WHEN" is, but I do care about "HOW LONG" I have to keep waiting for this beast to awake. Thanks in advance for your "trail blazing"!!
