Life expectancy in France can't be statistically distinguished from any other advanced nation. Hong Kong out ranks France in that absurd ranking which is another creation of WHO socialists. Life expectancy has little to do with quality of health care. Life expectancy has a much better correlation with personal wealth. You don't need health care to live longer. Indeed, the availability of health care induces irresponsibility towards taking care of one's health.

In France, under socialism, most don't earn much take home pay and so can't afford to be self indulgent.
