RE: Infant mortality
"Is this a health care issue or one of personal wealth?"

Many nations have a far lower per capita income and have lower levels of infant mortality. So the answer to your question is, it's an issue of health care systems. And an easy demonstration that something is horribly wrong with ours.

RE: Life expectancy
"Life expectancy in France can't be statistically distinguished from any other advanced nation...another creation of WHO socialist"

Sounds like something you just made up. If it's not, lets see the proof.

"In France, under socialism, most don't earn much take home pay and so can't afford to be self indulgent"

Just some amateurish speculation there. And I thought you were just saying that infant mortality had to do with income - now you're saying the French are less obese because they can't afford food? You're getting silly.
