Possible I guess. Not likely from the data I see, but possible. From now on I'll ignore any comments you make implying that the solar cycles have stopped. It just must be my reading comprehension that leads me to think that is what you are implying.

It was supposed to get warmer. It got cooler.

Run an FFT on the temp record and show me the problem. I don't see one.
