Are you aware of the fact that, most US domestic doctors going thru the system ... by the time she/he get the 1st paycheck probably spent 200K+ OR more OR much more dollars (in debt or in-debt to parents) and 10+ years of time. Having gone thru the 'thought/evaluation process' of putting a child thru the 'medical dr. career', I think they earned it even though I, like most people, don't like the high cost. This is in general, there are always exceptions. Dr. came from oversee by passing certain examine does benefited from the 'high-cost' of US domestic dr. Communist countries mass producing Dr. to serve the 'everyday common need' of people can reap huge benefit to come here and pass thru an exam to become Dr.

"No one knows medicare's efficiency." Yet, somehow YOU can condemn it, based on strictly ideological grounds! Medicare's admin costs are 3% while private insurance's costs are 8-15%. You'd think that the onus would be on the defenders of the staus quo to show why a change would be worse. Now, the Bushies have made Medicare worse by having them pay retail for bulk buys on drugs, but I'm sure Obama will fix that early on. I'm turning you OFF pal. You make assertions with absolutely nothing to back them up. You're a waste of bandwidth.
