BP 110/54 is outstanding. you could live forever with BP like that.

i've been looking for the carlson K2 (MK7) on the vitamin life site, but i can't run it down. are you still able to find it, or have they stopped carrying it?

Interesting post on changing perceptions of obesity. (too long to post here, with some youtube videos embedded).

It certainly hit home. When I was a kid, I used to watch Laurel and Hardy. Hardy used to be the fat guy back then. Now, he looks very average...

LB,

My BP is down to 110/54. Heading for a "New Guinea cannibal" number. :>) Puts my BMI down to 28.9. I finally broke the "29" level!

Your experience confirms what Dr. Hoffman has been saying for years: The easiest way to deal with high blood pressure is to lose excess weight...

226.9! I got on the scales convinced I had, at best, plateaued. So to find myself down 1 and 4/10th pound was a joy. As long as I stay at a pound a week or better loss, I am happy. PB 129/64, BMI now 28.7.
