There is a lot of wishful thinking going on. I share those wishes, but the facts are that in the latest Gallup poll of likely voters in the traditional model Obama has only a two point margin.

With all Obama's money advantages, with the financial crises, with Sarah Palin as McCain's running mate, with McCain's campaign team in disarray, Obama should be ahead by at least 20 points.

This socialist (distribution of wealth) scare tactic could generate traction.

It still comes down to Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Florida.

This race is too close for comfort. Looks like 2000/2004 redux.
