Detroit, NYC, LA, Cleveland, Chicago, DC....

all great examples of how liberals do such a fine job of taking care of their citizens...

Federal spending as % of Federal taxes paid is a measure of paying the bills if you count the government as the provider of all services, I suppose. From a liberal viewpoint, wealth is doled out from Washington.

Red states are full of the poor and ignorant.

Unlike big blue cities with their 50% high school dropout rates.
