IMO the only thing that works with seafood is Saltine crackers mixed with Ritz Crackers.

I wouldn't use anything else because I've tried them all and they don't work.

Did you get a chance to try the Ritz?

Forgot to mention that a nice egg sauce is yummy on Salmon cakes or Salmon loaf.
