That's a good point, Lizzie. Afterall, Cisco's PE ratio is 13. It's not cheap, but it's far from expensive.

i agree with that. furthermore, growth prospects for large cap tech should be favorable after this trough as competition from new entrants, which cannot get adequate funding, will be limited.
