Also, if the financing is coming from a Reg S situation, inflating the price maximizes the return to the Reg S investors, who in turn short the stock.

Accept this or not: I directly asked Gary Morgan (yesterday) if there was any posibility that the shares sold to raise the $5 million would be Reg S shares> His answer: "under no circumstances."

Why should we take your idle speculation over the word of the CEO of OVIS.

Can it, s martin. Mr. Morgan stated and it was posted here on the thread that Reg S would NOT be done. So just drop it already.
