The shorts are trying to get a list of shareholders, or ask brokers to call clients
to get them to sell shares of RMIL to them, so they can cover their shorts. That's
what this means. Those who may get said calls should tell them to bug off after
taking down their names and phone numbers. The next call should be to the
company or the SEC.

doug,

I don't think S.Martin is talking about reg s for the 5mil.
"If" this is only my opinion, RMIL management is not trust worthy
they could issue reg s shares to an offshore entity and sell stock
into the rally created by the supposed short squeeze.
I'm not saying this is happening but it could. That is why some
of the people on the thread are concerned about who is telling the
truth.
Another thing to think about is that no one seems to know exactly
when Morgan/Breton's 4mil in options can be converted to common.

Doug, I think TLW put it best:

Speaking with Gary Morgan or Mr. Breton is not DD or vaguely connected to research.

Well for one thing, Morgan is no longer CEO of OVIS/RMIL. But regardless of that, there will be no financing, just like there is no 10K or no garment production facility or no water producing.

But all this aside, the SEC is going to stop trading this security.
Remember, I'm the guy that showed you pictures of all the so-called production facilities. I'm also the guy that told you that American Stock Transfer would not be your new transfer agent.

Now, there is more information surfacing about a 5,000,000 share issue of restricted shares issued in November 96 to a company called Heritage International and how 1,000,000 shares of the 5,000,000 were reissued to a company called ATTORNEY BUSINESS ADVISORS, run by a fellow named Zapara in December 1996 and later put on the market as free trading shares. This little trick is viewed by the Regulators as a fradulent transaction and is also a violation of rule 144. There are numerous cases in the SEC files about dealings such as these where the perpetrators go to jail.

Hmmm, don't drink the KOOL-AID.
