Morgan is on record as saying that he has buyers ( admittingly, not guaranteed) to buy shares for 5Million cash! If the shares aren't sold, Ovis gets to decide on proceeding w/ the merger, not RMCW. They also said flatly...NO Reg.S SHARES WILL BE ISSUED. , Pugs

Buster, Morgan and Breton's options are excercisable 6 months after
the date of the merger agreement per the 8K. It's not a mystery.
