The worst thing the right wing did when going after Clinton, for nothing, was highlighting the gray areas of the law into a perplexing dilemma.

The law has always had those gray areas, which everyone heretofore did not discuss e.g. making Clinton respond to Paula Jones.

When the suprmem court stole the Florida election for bush, the decision they made, was to NOT be considered in case law as precident, I think-lol.

In fact I would say the largest problem with the law going forward is that we all now know that judge's, generally judge, from the right, or left, which makes the law subjective and existential.

Lawyers do not want to admit it, but everyone knows it is true. Supreme court 5/4,5/4,5/4 conservative liberal.

Roe versus Wade depneded on this election. it is safe now. 0 percent chance Obama will appoint any pro life judges!

Scalia, Rhenquist etc, make up rationalizations to bend the law to the right, unabashedly.

Scalia will even say to you. Tough chit-lol

Obama will apppoint only liberal, pro choice judges, just as bush would only appoint pro life judges.
