Defacto? Huh? Whats that supposed to mean?

People demand healthcare, we're broke, and the current system costs 32 trillion.

So yeah the states are defacto, or whatever.

If the govt keeps passing federal laws like the medicare drug plan which disallow price controls it really doesn't matter what the states want.

Private healthcare is racketeering gone wild. It can be done for a fraction of the cost. It's all smoke and mirrors and the govt is laughing at everyone. e.g. AIG.
