Are all people in your religion as hysterical and irrational as you are? Take a stiff drink and hide behind the couch...no one is out to persecute you although you obviously wish they would. You are one screwball nutcase. Your kind of hysterical hyperbole is what makes rational people run from the rightwing nastiness that is your brand of fake christianity. It is GOD who makes the decision of right and wrong for an individual not you and not the doctor or pharmacist. This attitude of human beings making these decisions is very anti-religious. Stop doing it, you cause much harm to people. Would you allow a cop to refuse to go to the aid of someone who is gay because said cop is a homophobic bone head? Would said cop continue to be employed by the taxpayer? Would you allow a restaurant in the city to refuse service to women who have had abortions, gay people and pharmacists who dispense birth control pills? How far does this go? If someone does not want to dispense birth control pills then they shouldn't be a pharmacist. I suppose, in the worst case, they could have someone else in the pharmacy do it for them. Ditto the doctor. As a purely practical matter, why would someone who is having an abortion want a doctor with these views anywhere near them in the first place? Are you saying that someone with your religious views would watch the mother die because he/she didn't believe in abortion for any reason? That's your religion? Egads. "you know that would force religious people out of the medical profession and thats what you want" I don't want hysterical nincompoops in the medical profession because, heck, who would? As I said, if you are a Christian Scientist, should the medical profession try and figure out how to employ you? You keep skirting the issues because you have no answer. Your arguments are nothing but a tantrum. You want the entire world to kowtow to YOUR beliefs and when it doesn't you throw a hissy fit and hide behind the couch waiting for the persecution that never comes. Jeepers. Get over yourself.
