Intelligent, insightful post, J.W. The conference call will
speak volumes and could be contentious. Hopefully the A-team
will handle it with style and class. As much as I hate to say
it, we do want the analysts back "on board".

Good investing all.

Justa W.

Re Friday/Conf Call/etc.: The street has decided not to believe CYMI's guidance, direct statements or past business performance. There is no guarantee that a positive earnings surprise with a positive outlook will cause the stock to immediately move in any direction.

It appears that the Street thinks they can move the price lower. If they are sufficiently successful, I'm sure that I know at least 1 person who will take advantage of the "sale".

Until a chipmaker starts ordering DUV steppers for production without CYMI's lasers, I'll tend to discount unpublished information only available to anonymous Internet posters. I guess I'm too skeptical.

Ian.

Agreed Justa and great post.

I will take one ticket to the confernce match,er, call. I am getting nervous as probably any long on this thread is too. With the stock acting with so much fear, I hope that the news will actually cause a relief rally if the number doesn't blow the ship out of the water. Just to know that the company is fine and business is still good will do a great deal to soothe our nerves. While a blow-out number would be a dream, even if they just meet the number and have a decent call I feel the stock will rally. I just wish they could have put us out of our misery earlier in the week-the wait is killing me. GOod luck to us all.
