Can't tell the target. I will watch out for what may look like an impulse nearing completion, for signs of an impending turn. Classically, about 700 seems to be a decent level to watch. At 700 the 5th would be ~78.6% of Wave 1(of 3) from May to July. Also, the 5th would be equal the height of the triangle. It may never get this low, of course, or it may extend and go lower. All rough estimations..... We don't even know where the triangle will end - IF it is a triangle.
