Sonki,

Glad to know you listening to MSFT's conference call.
MSFT's management team is always very conservative in
earnings forecast. Once they are certain about Windows 98
and Windows NT's delivery, they will announce split.
I think it may be in late Q3 or early Q4 of FY 98 (i.e,
around March or April 98).

DOJ's charage and SUNW's lawsuit are haunting MSFT
for the rest of year, so MSFT is likely in range trading
from 120 to 140.
