Regulating more isn't exactly accomplishing more, but if the extent something was regulated is going to be considered an accomplishment, than Bush also "accomplished more".

Since you seem to be a real "know-it-all," you should apply for a post in the Obama administration.

After all, I'm sure you can figure out a way to increase the quality of government services while at the same time reducing the cost, based simply on the fact that Bush was "bad" ...
