Regulating more isn't exactly accomplishing more, but if the extent something was regulated is going to be considered an accomplishment, than Bush also "accomplished more".

What a misleader! When you believe that government agencies should be run by and for the industries they regulate instead of for the people they were meant to serve, what does this mean?

Since you seem to be a real "know-it-all," you should apply for a post in the Obama administration.

After all, I'm sure you can figure out a way to increase the quality of government services while at the same time reducing the cost, based simply on the fact that Bush was "bad" ...
