The Panama canal is planned to be expanded by 2015. This will change the old Panamax limit to a new size limit which is about the same as the current Suezmax.

Is this expansion on schedule ?

If it is on schedule, would this then increase the value of Suezmax ships, since they could now use the canal, and drop the value of Panamax, since they would be less efficent than the Suezmax ships ?

unfortunately, you are not dealing with anyone who thinks outside their own box, hence, you cannot make the deal you would like to make.
