Unlike many rich nations, the United States does not have universal health care.

It seems that we can't afford it ... Britain can, but not us. We are too busy squandering trillions on defense to protect these other countries who provide health care to their citizens.

These studies come out about 4 or 5 times a year, all with an agenda.

THE US Health Care system is indisputably the best in the world.
