When I was a kid I met a woman from England who was vacationing in Florida. She worked in a greenhouse back home. As we looked around the pool area, she lamented that the stuff just growing without any care at all (it was a Motel 6 or something like that) would take years of careful nurturing in her greenhouse to get half the size.

Amazing what you can grow with warm temps and lots of rain/humidity.
