Hi Zeev, I am a techie too and I don't have much finance background. I have relied too much on his analysis. Of course with the public info. presented, he did the best he could. In hind sight, I should have paid attention to the "floorless" conversion. Anyway, what's done is done ... Regarding the news yesterday, they said they would report below estimate but I think they're still profitable ... Do you think the stock will bounce back to 4-5 after the earning report? TNH
