Thanks Joe, All I have to do is ask one of the staff at my gym/fitness club and they will give me a skin fold test. I think that is the second or third most accurate method. The last time I asked it was probably 1 1/2 years ago. I threw away the printout, but it was 13.X. Gonna get one soon, when I know I can beat that number.

Thanks for the link. I've been trying to find a decent way to measure other than the BMI, which I think is garbage. I'm thin, still fairly muscle toned, but with abdomenal fat. The BMI says I'm obese and need to lose another 50 pounds.

Your calculator estimates that I have 17% body fat.
