OT:

Aspirin comes closest to a universal cure. I used to say I wished I was born with a gland that produced apsirin. Yes I know it can rot out your stomach, especially combined with alcohol, but for pain/inflamation/blood thinner/ arthritis preventer/etc. it works.

I try to keep my meds to a minimum. I don't know if glucosamine (aka powdered crab shells)really does rebuild joints, but I take it. Plus every two days a Celebrex and a Prilosec. So I rock along without joint pain and without acid reflux. And one small pill to suppress high blood pressure.

Now back to real estate. Which for me is a totally settled thing. I live in my house because it's my house and I have everything the way I want it. No mortgage, and I de-emphasize its value to keep taxes way down.
